I made The Pioneer Woman’s Salisbury Steak Meatballs earlier this week and they were really delicious. I cut the meat mixture in half but kept the rest of the recipe the same. I served it over noodles like she suggested, but not being a pasta person, I would have even preferred it with some mashed potatoes and grilled veggies (we did have some veggies on the side…not pictured here!)


 To keep meatball sizes consistent I used this 2-tablespoon to measure them out.


To keep measurements precise while cutting them in half I used this website. Obviously figuring what half of a tbsp is, is easy. But half of a 1/4 cup…what?

My Le Creuset was perfect to cook this in! It’s probably my favorite thing to cook in and it cleans like a dream – perfect for meals like this that can tend to get a little messy in the pan.
